mountain bike. If you know your height and inseam measurements, you should be able to find the right sized frame bike by referencing the chart listed below. When choosing a mountain bike size, your inseam size is more important thant your actual height. Most mountain bikes are measured in frame size (in inches). The frame size of a mountain bike is measured from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube. Please note that the sizing recommendations in the below chart are approximate. You may find that a slightly smaller or larger sized frame mountain bike will fit you just as well as the recommended size based on the chart below. Keep in mind that you can adjust the seat post, handlebars, and other parts on your mountain bike to further fine-tune your fit.
